You can download all sorts of 3rd party apps,and even use Office Suite on the unit. But best of all their are more than 3 ereader apps that will work effectivelly with the unit. You can use it for you online functions it reads all formats of e-readers and will work with Google editions. It also has access to the many popular free ebooks.
