Google Nexus 7 Already Shipping from GameStop

Those who have placed their orders for the Nexus 7 at GameStop can expect the good news anytime now. In fact, a lucky few has already got calls from GameStop saying their Nexus 7 devices are ready to be picked up.

The Nexus 7 is the newest tablet in the scene and the only one that currently runs the latest Android Jelly Bean version 4.1.1. Specifications have already proved to be a hit, with its Tegra 3 quad core heart, 1 GB of RAM along, with a 1280 x 800 pixel 7 inch display.

However, the first big challenge for the Google tablet will be to survive the onslaught from the second gen Kindle Fire. The Google offering will give you a pure Android experience, whereas the latest iteration of the Fire will give you a more customized version of it.
