Vodafone Australia First to Offer the Galaxy Tab Post-Ban
ByWith the reversal of the ruling by the Australian court to ban the Galaxy Tab 10.1, sales of the tablet have really started off in the country. Vodafone has announced a package deal in which the 3G model will come for $39 AUD, or USD 41, per month for two years. There is a data limit of 1.5 GB per month. Similarly, the Samsung tablet would come for AUD 109, or USD 114, per month if one goes for the one year plan which has a data limit of 16 GB per month.
However, there is no such deal available for the Wi-Fi only version of the Samsung tablet and one has to purchase the tablet off the shelf at the price quoted.
