winrar to epub with caliber?

can you use caliber to convert winrar to epub with caliber. - i have a mac and can't open these.

Winrar is a self extracting tool, its like WINZIP, if you download a file with the extension .rar you need to download a program called WINRAR http://rarlabs.com and it will extract all of the ebooks contained within.
