Hi, i just signed up & am still cruising all the content on here.
I was going to sign up for a membership, but when i got to the paypal page that asks for credit card info, i noticed the security lock was showing that the page wasn't secure. Is this just a temp glitch, or ? Has anyone noticed this before? I generally won't give out my info on an unsecured page. Thanks, Gary

Hi Gary, welcome!

Haven't had that issue with Paypal... I have a PP account already, rather than using the PP "use your CC page"... so I didn't have that one. You can send an email to the Admin here, and they will send you an invoice, if you prefer. If you've ever used eBay, it's how they send you an invoice there, where it's already in PP for you to pay, you just have to log in to PP and pay it.
Might be worth a shot for you.

Hi Gary! Welcome and you definitely have to sign up. LOVE LOVE LOVE this sight. So many great books to choose from. Not sure what the screen looks like now, I signed up awhile agofor a lifetime membership, but it went straight to paypal for me. I just logged into my paypal and they paid it. Never had any problem with paypal account or with the books on here havig viruses or anything. Just feel free to ask anyone a question if you need any help. We ebook friends have to stick together! lol

Thanks for the welcomes & feedback! I got it figured out. It wasn't Paypal that i was concerned about, but rather the unlocked symbol. Turns out if another (unsecured) certificate is piggybacked onto Paypals, this is what happens. Good e reader had an Ad?/Banner on the top of the page that was causing this. I just clicked for it not to show & the lock symbol was there as it should be, paid my subscription & all is well.
