I received a Kobo Vox ereader for xmas and I have yet to get past the set up part.
I can not connect to our own network but have connected to an unsecured network. Then I get a message that Says Check for Updates... when I press Check now I get an error that says An error occured during image donwload. I have called Kobo several times and they have told me that their servers are loaded... one person told me that our security is set too high for our internet... but I went to our local Starbucks and could connect but still got the same messages...... We don't think it is the ereader because we did take it back and exchange it... has anyone else been having this problem and how to I get it fixed.... I'd really like to be able to use this ereader soon !!!
