I bought two ebooks from fnac and I'm having trouble downloading them to Adobe Digital Editions. One of them downloaded successfully but the other keeps redirecting to kobo when I try. Also the one that did download to ADE now redirects to kobo when I tried to download it to another computer. I tried emailing fnac but they haven't been very helpfull. They did respond that I should call them but I explained that I am quite hard of hearing and talking on the phone is hard for me.
I want Adobe Digital Editions to be my default reader for FNAC. Any suggestions?

I have exactly the same problem of being redirected to the Kobo by FNAC webpage when I click on "Telecharger avec ADE" in my FNAC account to download my book. I'm currently in Germany. I wonder if it has to do with the location (IP address) or the name of typical Windows paths that do not work with the website.

Downloading the Kobo reader/library software ends up in the same problem, ie. on the Kobo by FNAC webpage login webpage. When I try to login there it says I'm with FNAC and if I would like to connect using FNAC. But it doesn't offer any "Yes" or "No" or anything to progress, it's a dead end.

This is not the first French webpage that drives me crazy... my brain must work differently than that of many French webpage programmers.

Has anyone an idea how I can get my book?
