I had a relax, Do you go Spa for relaxation ?

Just wanted to share my relaxing moment here at a spa at the outskirts of virginia called homestead (http://spas.about.com/od/beststayspaseasternus1/tp/bestvirginia.htm) having a great trip to my spiritual journey with salvia divinorum (http://www.salviamonster.com)
How about you? do you go to spas ? what trick you use to cool down your stress, if you persist ?

i used to go spa twice a year. but i use to take salvia thrice a month lol

This is just a personal feeling towards spas, but in general I get more anxiety about people touching me and the process of transition between treatments than I do relaxing. Kind of defeats the purpose, but sometimes a spa day sounds so nice, getting pampered or even just a mani/pedi!
