Hi all.

I'm currently shopping for an eReader, and am discovering all kinds of advantages...like, a community! :)

I'm pretty sure I'll be getting the Sony Touch (600); we'll be taking a look at it in person on Friday, hopefully, along with the Kobe. I've seen/touched/tried the Nook already, and I'm not terribly interested in the Kindle.

I've already got a few eBooks on hold from my local library system (and a couple downloaded - I'm reading them on my PC).

I'll be poking about here for awhile, learning as much as I can. I'll at least try a 3-month membership, once I get my reader, and decide if that is for me, as well.

I signed up on July 1 for the one month trial. By July 20 I upgraded to lifetime. If you are a reader, I'm sure you will decide to do the same very shortly. This is a terrific place.

Yes, I signed up for a month - in a couple of weeks, I'll change that to lifetime :)

I ended up getting a Nook WiFi, too. It just seemed better than the Sony.
