    Default No Merge after Companion Software upgrade V2.0

    Q: I am unable to merge my annotations on my DR1000S with the new Companion Software Version 2.0. How can I solve this?

    A: There is a “work a round” at the moment. Because the default settings in the windows explorer hides the file extensions, the new version of the Companion Software V2.0 cannot associate the right file type for pdf files. To be able to merge the annotations again, please uncheck the “Hide extensions for known file types” box
