Am I the only one that thinks the little bitty pictures (thumbnail) on the PRS 350 (and others) instead a list of titles or authors, or both/either, sucks? I only have 63 books, so far on the reader; hundreds on my computer) but good luck to searching through them. I do use the collections feature but that is pretty clunky also.

Rant #2. Do any of the people who design the modern eBooks actually use them? If someone would set up a business putting moden technology into the old Rocketbook case, I would buy their product in a heatbeat. It was easy to hold, the controls were very conveniently placed; the only drawback, the only one, was of course the screen technology. Thinner definitely does not mean better, it only means harder to hold for long periods at a time, particularly for older folks whose hands are becoming arthritic. The handy dandy leatherette covers with light help in that regard, but not much.

I have bought into the present generation of eReaders because that is all there is; not because they are well designed or ergonomic, but in spite of those things. Boneheads. The best thing to say about these devices is that I don't have to kill trees to read.
