computer won't recognize Kobo Vox

I can't get the computer to recognize the Kobo Vox, it won't show as connected. (although the Kobo shows it is connected to the computer) Thus I can't transfer my books from Calibre or Abobe Digital Editions to my Kobo Vox.

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?

I had the same problem, but once I installed Aldiko on the Vox, ADE was able to see it. However, it doesn't allow me to transfer pdf files from unknown authors.

I did install Aldiko sucessfully, my computer still will not recognize my e-reader, shows only as a device with removable storage..... frustrating. I also followed the advice from good e-reader, didn't work either!
