Default screen freeze on kobo touch

Has anyone else had the same problem.was fine until today only 2 weeks in of use.Tried to upload new books and delete old read books.Wouldnt do any of upload past 58%.then screen froze both times.would not delete books either.Bought two of the devices and as under 30 days old took them both back to shop for refund. so disapointed with them.Glad it happened early on tho as read bad reviews from customer services at kobo,ie not answering emails for returns.Gone to the kindle now instead.

All of a sudden its working again and has stuff on it I haven't seen before

Could be it was my fault, anyway it stays until it stuffs up again.

Continuing saga - the kobo woke up again and demanded to be connected to the computer and charged, resisted and Officeworks now has it in its useless objects bin.

I like the slick white design and the interchangeable back covers. It provides official Kobo covers but will undoubtedly inspire aftermarket companies like Decalgirl to offer unique covers for the back of the unit. It is small and lightweight and the bezel is very small. The firmware on this unit is not finalized and there are still a number of bugs and features to be worked on. The unit we were demoed today had all the core functionality locked in and mostly just needs to be refined.
