Can't turn on USB Mass Storage on the Vox. Please help!

The user guide was pretty straight forward - Turn on Vox, plug into computer. On Vox hit home, then notifications, choose USB mass storage. However, when I hit notifications, there is nothing there to choose. So basically, my computer can't see my Vox, and my Vox can't see my computer. I already tried powering the Vox on and off. Any suggestions?

You may try to open the Vox and plug into your computer just before the Vox is fully open. If you have installed calibre on your computer you should also be able to explore your Vox. Jean
