Hi Elwyn and Des Thank you for involving me with your KOBO matters.
After Saturday afternoon session I am quite confident that your reader is ok now and will work fine with the library.
For our own KOBO purchased from Whitcouls the situation is different and I have contacted the library as below.
I have also found a lot of bad news about these KOBO readers and will forward that separate.
I am glad your stuff is fixed now and I am keen to also get our stuff working.

I am able to download files from your library but I can not open or do anything with them and above is the fault n=message i receive.Please advise what can be done I have installed the adobe digital reader and my computer is Apple iMac with Lion as operation system and safari as browser.I have now spend 3 days and still can not get your books in my KOBO reader Please what can you advise.The KOBO reader is purchased from Whitcouls and has 100 books loaded.On an other iMac with SL from a friend I could the downloaded files get in a KOBO touch why do I have all these problems with my own iMac?I also have a program called calibre and that can also not handle the downloaded files from your library!
