HELP!!! How do I reset back to factory settings.

I have recently received a 7 in Pandigital Novel touch color ereader and updated the Firmware, however, it appears to have been the US version and it now has B & N and a couple other apps that were not there before. I want my KOBO version back, but don't know how to reset...PLEASE HELP....I love my ereader...
