Indecisive between Onix m92 and Pockerbook 912

I am in advancing years (sounds better than being old) and have an 7" reader. My eyesight is not as good as once, and I really would like something larger. Whilst I like the idea of colour (ECTACO jetBook Color/Hanvon E920) the price puts me off although if they were really worth the extra I might be tempted.

Both the Onyx and the Pocketbook sound ideal. I do NOT want phone, mainly I want music and Books - Epub etc and easy connection to my PC (my current ereader is sometimes impossible to connect). I do NOT want Android.

Any advice would be more than welcome.

I have seen the comprison video by Michael Kozlowski which is excellent. However we are
all individuals and as such may have different needs and priorities.



Questions I would like to pose are:

Has the screen deteriorated after using for 3/6/12 months?

Has the screen been damaged with repeated touching?

Is the stylus unique to the unit and are replacements easily obtained?

Does the PC always recognise the reader (PC OS and RAM would be helpful)?

Any problems with the case?

Is it easy to transfer files from the PC?

Any problems reading different types of books (Epub, PDF, Mobi etc)?

Any problems listening to background music whilst reading?

Any problems with the buttons.

The only thing that hampers the Jetbook Color is HOW SLOW IT IS! We test every e-reader that hits the market and its slow as shit. The 912 also is very slow because of the touchscreen, it basically slows everything down. I would get the 902 over the 912.
