Grammata has announced that it will distribute the Alex eReader in online and retail stores in Spain. The distribution will begin with 1000 titles in July 2010. The company will be consolidating digital books from Spanish publishers. It expects to offer 15,000-45,000 Spanish language eBooks in addition to select copyright free classics at no cost through its new online store at http://www.grammata.es/.
The company intends to develop a community focused on the Alex eReader. The community will offer a two year warranty, customer service for all content and device questions, and a blog where users can share interests while learning about Alex eReader developments and updates.
