Possibly the biggest technology rumour of the year has been confirmed. Google will be coming up with a tablet of its own somewhere in the near future after Verizon Wireless chief executive Lowell McAdam confirmed that they are working with Google to produce a new tablet.

Rumour has it that it will be named gPad... kinda dull I think. They should choose something original.
