Good e-Reader is a division of OakBranch Media Inc - a Vancouver privately held corporation. The company is owned by a small board of directors that run Good e-Reader and newly acquired Shop e-Readers. The company is entirely self-funded and sees annual sales of over $400,000

The Bulk of sales stem from Shop e-Readers, the leading online retail store, geared specifically towards e-Readers and Tablets. Recently Shop e-Readers have expanded into the Education sector and have many top universities in Canada selling their readers in the library, bookstore, and different departments. Good e-Reader is an online news source that specializes in e-Reader, Digital Publishing, e-Paper, eBooks and Industry News. The Good e-Reader Blog has attained 21 million visitors in 2012, compared to 5 million in 2011.

The Good e-Reader Support Forum is a private community focused on providing support, user manuals, firmware updates and our entire video library. It is a free service used to help people troubleshoot their devices and find help from fellow members.

The Good e-Reader APP store was launched in early 2012 and supports both the Google Android and Blackberry Playbook platforms. Close to 36 million downloads have been made since the project was first launched. Not only can patrons download content directly from the website but also the dedicated "Client" Apps for Android and Blackberry. These fully featured apps notify people when a new update is available. There is strong social engagement with reviews, ratings and user discussion. Recently the store was made into a "White label" solution for companies to brand as their own and bundle on their tablets. Skytex Technologies INC, a USA based company was the first major tablet company to have the app store has their means to deliver content. This solution is available to interested companies. Downloads on average in 2013 are reaching close to 12,000,000 a month

Good e-Reader Videos are the definitive source for the most comprehensive reviews on the internet. Most companies superficially review these new devices and spend a good 5 minutes diving into the features. Good e-Reader spends a solid twenty minutes on average, documenting the entire device. Over 4 million people have watched videos and over a million hours of content has been watched.

Good e-Reader is currently seeking investment by interested parties to facilitate growth. We are looking to expand our technology into cloud storage and a new HTML5 Cloud Reader. The company is also looking to grow faster by hiring well known staff writers that have a following from their work on other websites.
