Due to security concerns users can enter a wrong login and password up to three times, before users IP is temporarily blocked. Within thirty minutes a user can try and login again.

Sometimes people prefer to place their orders for products as a guest. This is normally not a problem, your item will be sent out to your mailing address. If you would like to associate your order number with an account you made, after the order was placed, please send us an email to email@example.com or call us toll free or send an SMS to (833) 373-2337 and we would be glad to help.
When ordering with Good e-Reader it is important that you register an account. It will allow our system to send you email or SMS confirmations on your order and automatically let you know when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.
