Every Hisense phone comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complementary technical support from Good e-Reader. With the Good e-Reader Extended Protection Plan, you can increase your coverage to two years from your Hisense purchase date.
When you purchase the protection plan, you will pay no extra fees if your smartphone is damaged or ceases to function during the first two years. Good e-Reader will coordinate the repair process with Hisense and no extra fees will be paid, aside from the shipping fee.
