The Netherlands is one of the strongest ebook markets in Europe and digital continues to grow. In the past twelve months ebook sales increased by 5.8% and they represent 7% of the total book sales. Subscription services for e-books are increasing in popularity and now account for 12.5% of total net sales. The number of e-books that is available in subscription services is 22,533 grew and audiobooks increased by 6.2%.
