The Netherlands e-book industry continues to decline and in the first quarter of 2016 it fell 7% compared to the same quarter in 2015. This is not to say that e-book adoption is plummeting, far from it. The public library system is starting to see record levels of e-lending and e-book subscription services such as Elly’s Choice, Bliyoo and Mofibo are starting to catch on.
