We all know that ebooks are tremendously popular. Every central platform, such as Apple Books, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, and Google, has sections with its most popular e-books. Some have editorial staff recommending books, while others have advanced algorithms monitoring sales in real-time. On the opposite end are the people who pirate books; surprisingly, some are pretty interesting.

Good e-Reader will introduce a new segment on the top pirated books of the week. In this segment, we will examine what is occurring on all of the significant e-book torrent websites, private forums, and Telegram channels and condense the data to understand better the types of books people are pirating the most. We do not condone e-book piracy, but there is precious data on what is happening.

Sunrise on the Reaping (A Hunger Games Novel) (The Hunger Games)
This is the most popular pirated e-book of the week. Like Suzanne Collins’s most recently published novel, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, this brand-new book, Sunrise on the Reaping, is a prequel to her blockbuster trilogy, The Hunger Games.
Barbarians At The Gates (The Decline and Fall of the Galactic Empire Book 1)
This is the second most popular pirated e-book of the week and is a science-fiction book. The book is set a little over two thousand years ago when humankind imposed a dominant presence over many star systems. The strong centralized government of the Senate seems about to collapse under a combination of external threat and internal dissent
The Black Ships: An Epic Space Opera Adventure
3rd place is another science-fiction e-book. The Black Ships is a pulse-pounding space opera packed with high-stakes action, daring adventure, and a journey that will change the fate of the galaxy.
The Martian Contingency: A Lady Astronaut Novel
Kowal effortlessly blends espionage, spacefaring adventure, and social fiction. . . . This is hard science fiction at its most emotional, intimate, and insightful
The Summer Guests: A Thriller (The Martini Club Book 2)
From New York Times bestselling author Tess Gerritsen comes a chilling follow-up to The Spy Coast, plunging the Martini Club into the search for a missing teen—with a startling connection to their pasts.

The Mountain Is You: Transforming Self-Sabotage Into Self-Mastery
This is a book about self-sabotage. Why we do it, when we do it, and how to stop doing it—for good. Coexisting but conflicting needs create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. But by extracting crucial insight from our most damaging habits, building emotional intelligence by better understanding our brains and bodies, releasing past experiences at a cellular level, and learning to act as our highest potential future selves, we can step out of our way and into our potential. For centuries, the mountain has been a metaphor for the big challenges we face, especially ones that seem impossible to overcome. To scale our mountains, we must do the deep internal work of excavating trauma, building resilience, and adjusting how we show up for the climb. In the end, it is not the mountain we master, but ourselves.
