Amazon has just put up a new page on their website that allows customers to trade-in their Kindle e-Readers and tablets for credit. This credit can be used to buy a new device such as the Kindle Touch or the Kindle Fire when it comes out!
Many people have old devices kicking around when they upgrade and don’t feel comfortable dealing with eBay and might not even have a Paypal account to facilitate the transaction. Amazon has come to the rescue, giving people an option to get rid of their old tech and make a few dollars along the way via the Amazon Giftcard.
There are varying degrees of condition on each e-reader that you can mark down depending on if its dinged, marked, or otherwise in not tip-top shape.
You can trade-in your old Kindle Keyboard for $36.00 or your Kindle DX for $135! You won’t make excellent money doing this, but it does give you another option to make some extra money.
The new Amazon Trade-in program is not just for Kindle Readers, but you can also submit devices by Kobo, Sony, and even tablet computers. If you are interested in selling off your stuff to Amazon, you can check out their eligible device list HERE.
