How to download SuperNote Firmware

The SuperNote A5 and A6 both have the ability to download and install firmware updates if the device is connected how to WIFI. If you cannot update it automatically, you can download it and manually install it. You need to visit  https://supernote.com/#/support  and select what model you have. You need to download the update.zip file to your PC and then connect up a USB cable, connecting your PC to the supernote. Drag the update.zip via Windows Explorer into the root directory of the Supernote. Unplug the USB cable when this process has been completed, and reboot your SuperNote. Upon reboot, it should install the update automatically. The update.zip file then should be deleted, if it is not, replug in the USB cable and delete the file, once you verify your firmware has been updated.
