Things seem to be moving pretty fast at the Google camp so that there are already indications of the Gingerbread, Android’s next and eagerly awaited iteration might be just days away from a formal market launch. This is how it all began.
Google has been installing the visual replica of each version of the Android after their completion on its sprawling lawns and the last that graced the Google plex lawns was the Froyo. And now, there is the Gingerbread man that has already been put up which has fueled speculation that the next version of Android post Froyo is now mature enough to enter markets.
Gingerbread will be the first version of Android that is suited to deliver its optimum in a Tablet Device and many manufacturers have been waiting for Google to release the Gingerbread. Now that that seems to be just round the corner, we can expect a flurry of activities on the tablet development front.
However, in the meantime, while we have been awaiting the launch of Android 3.0 codenamed Gingerbread, there is another version – Android 2.3 that has cropped up and is fueling speculation of it being a whole new chapter in the Android series and that too, quite an important one. Further details on Android 2.3 is awaited.
With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
