Welcome to another Good e-Reader Video Review! Today we take a look at the new SkyPad Alpha Internet Tablet by Skytex.
This is a fairly new company and they have issued a few devices so far, such as the Skytex Primer Color. We reviewed this one a few months ago. Considering that model was a $99 e-reader, you got tremendous value for the money.
The SkyPad Alpha is a 7 inch Android 2.3 tablet with a resistive touchscreen display. It comes with a Stylus to interact with the screen which was a good move on their part. Many budget tablets are always issued with resistive screens and many customers find them hard to get used to. A stylus makes interacting with the screen a little bit easier. Speaking of the screen, the resolution is 800×480.
