It was spy pics and videos that we had to be content with until now regarding the latest entrant to the 7 inch tablet segment. Not anymore, for what we have here is the first official teaser video of the Galaxy Pad tablet from Samsung that many believe can shake things up in the now hot 7 inch tablet sphere.
Also, a clearer picture of the Galaxy Pad is emerging, so that what has been rumors before is now confirmed. We now know for sure that it’s Android 2.2 Froyo that is doing OS duty. Also known is that it is the GT-P1000 model number that the new tablet will be carrying while it’s a 7-inch WSVGA high resolution AMOLED capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels that will dominate the front end of Galaxy Pad.
However there are still a lot of aspects that have yet to be confirmed, which include the 3.2 megapixel rear-facing camera, QVGA webcam, 3G, Bluetooth, and b/g/n WiFi connectivity, and the GPS.
However, we just have to wait a week for the entire thing to become clear. Till then, Samsung had made available this video to satiate our appetite or perhaps whet it more.
With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
