Amazon will soon be announcing a series of new e-readers, including the eagerly anticipated Kindle Voyage 2. It is expected that these new devices will be available in the next few weeks. In the meantime, Amazon is having an e-reader clear out sale on their current generation of e-readers. Prime members can get the first generation Kindle Voyage for $169.99 or the Paperwhite for $89.99.
I would recommend waiting until the new Kindle hardware is announced before you think about buying any of their older device. Incidentally, this is the first time that Amazon has ever discounted the Voyage.
