This device is aimed at gaming, which is not the case with many tablets. There is no word yet, on when it will be back on sale and there isn’t even pre-orders available.
The Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 3 features an 8.8-inch 2.5K PureSight display with a resolution of 1560 x 1600 and is capable of 165Hz. It has an aspect ratio of 16:10 and runs at 500 nits with 900 nits of peak brightness. It will play HDR10 content and is rated with TÜV Low Blue Light Certification, TÜV FlickerFree Certification, and TÜV Precise Touch Certification. The screen-to-body ratio is around 87%.
Underneath the hood is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SOC with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. You can play games, listen to music, podcasts, or Dolby Atmos-supported audiobooks thanks to the two x superlinear speakers. However, if you prefer to listen via wireless headphones or earbuds, it has Bluetooth 5.4 support. Two microphones are available for voice communication apps. A 13MP snapper is on the back, and an 8MP selfie camera is on the front. Browse the internet via WiFi 7, which has 2 USB-C ports. It is powered by a massive 6550mAh battery.
This device runs Android 14 and has full access to Google Play Services and the Google Play Store. It comes pre-loaded with all of your favorite Google bloatware. Lenovo is promising the Legion Tab will be supported up to Android 17 over its lifespan.
