Amazon is going to be discounting their Prime membership from $99 to $67 this Friday. This is a limited time offer that will start and end this Friday and they are doing it because of Amazon’s five Emmy wins at this year’s 67th PrimeTime Emmy Awards, the company says – and this is its way of celebrating.
Many people are hearing about Amazons original content from their Instant Video service, due to the mainstream media attention. It is similar to Netflix, but the platform is only available in the US.
Prime membership gives customers two-day, free shipping on tens of millions of items, as well as access to tens of thousands of free TV shows, movies, music, and books. It includes unlimited cloud storage for photos, too.
