MegaReader is an eBook app for iOS that lets you read DRM-free ePUB books you have downloaded from the internet or got from other websites such as Project Gutenburg. The one feature thats tremendously innovativ is the Heads Up Display option that lets you use a live feed from your iPhone camera as the background for any book.
Megaread does have a selection of eBooks itself to choose from but are only classics and other free ones you can download from the internet. They are claiming around 1.8 million books available, the app costs $1.99.
Curently this application works best on the iPhone obviously but does work on the iPad as well. No word yet if this application will allow you to sideload books in, anyone know?
