Overdrive was the first company to offer all seven of the Harry Potter ebooks for library patrons to borrow digitally. Ever since they were made available they have been devoured by the public and long wait lists abound. Today Overdrive has announced that the entire saga will be made available in French, Italian, German, and Spanish translations.
Since this system just went live today, not all libraries will have these books available in all of the new languages. You can bet your bottom dollar that most libraries will be jumping all over these new translated books and they should be made available in the coming weeks.
