The next Stuff-your Kindle sale is on the 27th of December and is the last of the year. This gives you the last chance to stock up your Kindle with some nice titles for free. Use the search term ‘stuff your Kindle’ and you will be presented with the titles included in the sale.
Most titles earmarked for the ‘Stuff your Kindle’ sale are romance titles. That shouldn’t be surprising considering that the sale is promoted by romance author Zoe York. She has been doing this since 2014, which makes this the 10th year in a row to be associated with the sales event. Broadly speaking, the current Stuff Your Kindle Day is centered around dark fiction and is hosted by Dark Mode Books. That includes titles from dark romance, dark fantasy, dark sci-fi, and horror genres. Apart from Amazon, you can also come across all of the free titles at the special site set up by Dark Mode Books.
As we all know, Stuff Your Kindle is not an Amazon event. Rather, it is conceptualized and promoted entirely by the authors who offer specific titles for free on a particular day. All the books that you download on the Stuff Your Kindle Day are yours to keep forever. Also, the event is open to all, which means anyone can download the books for free. You don’t even need a Kindle e-reader as well as those owning any other device are also open to downloading the free titles. The books can be read on any device using any suitable app that the book supports. Also, you can download as many e-books as you want, and is not linked to any Amazon service such as Kindle Unlimited or Prime Books.
