Dasung has announced the launch of a new 13.3-inch E Ink monitor with 300 PPI resolution and a 37Hz God-Like ultra-high refresh rate. The monochrome e-paper display with a resolution of 3200 x 2400 pixels also benefits from Auto-Clear automatic image clearing technology, which ensures quick and effective removal of the remnants of the previous display. This way, you have a clean and fresh new display every time.
The monitor otherwise continues with the same basic design layout, which includes a thicker portion along the base that tapers off to get thinner towards the top. The thicker portion is also where the ports are positioned, which include a Mini-HDMI video interface, a Type-C interface, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The thicker portion also hosts the DC power port and the speaker + 3.5 mm headphone slot on either side.
The monitor measures 307 x 251 x 5 mm at its thinnest portion. Further, the monitor also boasts a strong build, thanks to its aluminum alloy construction. It can connect to both a smartphone and a computer. For this, the monitor comes bundled with an HDMI to Mini-HDMI as well as a Type-C to Type-C cable to help you get started right away. This way, you can have a secondary eye-friendly display where you can do most of your reading.
The Dasung 13.3-inch Paperlike 13K Revolutionary portable monitor can be ordered via JingDong where it is retailing for 4,489 yuan. That comes to around 618 USD as per current conversion rates.
With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
