Author Earnings has disclosed that AmazonĀ sold more print books than e-books in 2015. This bodes well for the Seattle company who stated many times over the last few years that e-books were outselling print on a 3:1 ratio. Today, Amazon has announced a brand new promotion which will allow you to get a print book for free if you buy the latest generation Kindle Paperwhite.
Amazon is giving US residents the opportunity to save a maximum of $30 off the price for a physical book when you buy the Kindle Paperwhite at the normal price of $119. This will basically allow you get a free hardcover or paperback of your favorite author.
I think this is a good deal if you intend on buying an e-reader for yourself or for your dad for Father’s Day.
