Manual page turn buttons were on almost every single e-reader around 7-8 years ago when most models did not have a touchscreen. Once most models started to include a touchscreen, the amount of new models using them diminished. You can still find a number of new devices that have page turn buttons, most of them are on flagship e-readers that cost anywhere between $199 and $299. This includes the Amazon Kindle Oasis 3, Barnes and Noble Glowlight Plus and Kobo Forma. Amazon Kindle Oasis 3

The Kindle Oasis 3 has page turn buttons on the right side of the screen. This device has a gyroscope so people who are left handed can use the device. There is also an invert feature in the settings menu to change the page turn buttons from the top turning it forward and bottom going backwards and you can swap them.

Barnes and Noble Nook Glowlight Plus

The Nook Glowlight 7.8 2019 edition has two page turn keys on each side of the screen, making it ideal for people who are right or left handed. The buttons do not have a large space between each other.

Kobo Forma

The Kobo Forma has two manual page turn buttons on the right hand side of the screen. This device does not have a gyroscope, but does have a software feature that can rotate the screen. Left handed people can use the device this way. Kobo has a rapid page turn system where you can press on either button and it will rapidly turn the page of an ebook.

Pocketbook Touch HD 3

The Pocketbook Touch HD 3 has manual page turn buttons on the very bottom of the screen, one to turn the page forward and and backwards.

Pocketbook Inkpad 3

The InkPad 3 is Pocketbooks flagship e-reader and has manual  page turn buttons on the bottom of the screen, used for turning pages forward and backwards.

Pocketbook Touch Lux 4

The most popular Pocketbook e-reader has manual page turn buttons made of rubber on the bottom of the e-reader. You can click it to turn pages forward and backwards.

Pocketbook Basic Lux 2

This is Pocketbooks entry level e-reader, you can normally get it for around $99 and even this model has manual page turn buttons on the bottom of the bezel.

Pocketbook Aqua 2

This is Pocketbooks only waterproof e-reader and they have manual page turn buttons on the bottom of the screen and they are made of rubber.

Inkbook Prime HD

The Prime HD is Arta Techs flagship e-reader and they have two manual page turn buttons on each side of the screen. The buttons have a diamond type of design and have a satisfying click when you press down on it.

Inkbook Lumos

The Lumos is Arta Techs entry  level e-reader and they have manual page turn buttons on either side of the screen.
