Manual page turn buttons were on almost every single e-reader around 7-8 years ago when most models did not have a touchscreen. The Kindle Oasis 3 has page turn buttons on the right side of the screen. This device has a gyroscope so people who are left handed can use the device. The Prime HD is Arta Techs flagship e-reader and they have two manual page turn buttons on each side of the screen. The buttons have a diamond type of design and have a satisfying click when you press down on it.
The Lumos is Arta Techs entry level e-reader and they have manual page turn buttons on either side of the screen.
