The Kobo Touch with Special Offers is the latest device from Kobo that subsidizes the cost of the hardware in order to display adverts on the homescreeen and screensaver. Today the company announced that it will be offering it for $69 instead of $99, due to Cyber Monday. The online retailer Buy.com is offering the deal and it is one day only, so hop on it.
