Pocketbook has just released a brand new e-reader in North America the Pocketbook 360 Plus. First shown at CES and a month ago was at the FCC, now we finally get a chance to check them out.
The Pocketbook 360 PLUS features a 5 inch Vizplex e-ink display and are running on the Linux operating system. It has a Samsung 533 MHZ processor and 128 MB of RAM, along with 2 GB of internal storage. You can further enhance this memory via the MicroSD card.
The Pocketbook 360 PLUS has WIFI and an internet browser to surf the web. One of the big reasons Pocketbook is a solid e-reader is because it reads so many ebook formats. It is one of the few e-readers that has the ability to read B2, FB2.zip, TXT, PDF, RTF, HTML, PRC, CHM, DJVU, DOC, EPUB, TCR
formats.
