The 7 inch Honeycomb tablet segment just got that much more exciting with ViewSonic being the latest to throw in the towel in this tablet category where the other major players include the likes of HTC or Samsung. Also while the best that both HTC and Samsung has stated is an upgrade to Honeycomb, ViewSonic is the game changer here in that its tablet will start off with the Android 3.1 version right out of the box. The things is also not too far off as the ViewSonic tablet is expected to make the cut by the end of this month itself at the Computex event.
However, while a lot of details aren’t forthcoming with the ViewSonic Honeycomb tablet, the tablet is expected to have similar stuff such as the NVIDIA dual-core Tegra 2 processor. Then the tablet is also likely to be compliant with the HSPA+ networks along with a host of features such as a HDMI output, a twin camera set up and so on.
Complete details are extected during Computex. So hold on till then.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
