Rogers will make an official announcement soon proclaiming that the Dell Streak tablet will cost $149.99 for a three year contract. The carrier will also be offering the 5 inch tablet that can also double up as a smartphone for $549.99 on a one year contract or $599.99 for those who’d like to have the Streak unlocked and sim free. The Streak though will still be running Android 1.6 though more recent updates of Android will be made available later in the year. So 2.1 or Android 2.2 will be a firm reality for all Streak owners in the very near future.
With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes.
