Gameloft has just made an important decision; the company aims to make simultaneous launches on both the iOS and Android platforms any new game that they develop in 2012. Gameloft even has a whole new game ready for release soon though the company is keeping its cards close to its chest for obvious reasons.
Gameloft has to its credit a number of successful gaming titles such as Dark Knight Rises, racing game Asphalt (version 7 Heat recently launched), Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus, and N.O.V.A. 2: Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance and is counted among the largest developers of gaming applications for the Android market. That said, the games are always made available on iOS first before anywhere else.
For Gameloft, while its priority has always been to launch the latest titles on iOS first, it has finally woken up to the immense potential that the Android platform offers. With over a million devices activated daily, Gameloft will surely appeal to a major user base once they go for simultaneous launches on both iOS and Android.
With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
