Apple has decided against going ahead with the launch of its latest iPad 2 in Japan in the wake of the island nation now reeling under the impact of the twin natural disasters that hit is north-eastern coast last week. A devastating earthquake followed by an all conquering tsunami has almost brought the land of the rising sun to a halt with ripples to be felt almost everywhere on earth.
In fact, the next generation Apple tablet is perhaps the last thing on their minds right now though the Japanese would have got their hands on the new iPad 2 this 25th March itself along with a lot of other countries. Now that stands postponed as of now with Apple not offering any revised launch schedule. Obviously, things will have to settle down first and normal life to resume for Apple to launch the iPad 2 in that country. Unfortunately, it seems it is going to take some time before normalcy returns.
Our only hope, things sort out pretty soon.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
