Bigme has a new color e-note device to offer, which comes with an intriguing set of features. While the company has yet to reveal the full details of the B7 E Ink tablet, certain aspects of the device have emerged online,e thanks to ITHome. For instance, there is going to be an octa-core processor of an unknown make making up the core of the device. Plus, there is going to be 8 gigs of memory along with 128 gigs of storage.

However, the one thing that makes the upcoming B7 unique is the 4G LTE modem that it comes pre-installed with. There hasn’t been another E Ink tablet launched in recent times that has a cellular modem built into it. This makes the tablet have support for data as well as phone calls.

Among the other features of the tablet that have come to the fore include a built-in speaker, a USB-C port, and a camera at the back, complete with an LED flash. The tablet will also come bundled with a stylus that you will be able to make notes with. The stylus, however, will need to be charged frequently, and this can be done wirelessly.

Looks-wise, the upcoming B7 does not break any new ground. It sports a rather thick bezel on one side, which makes the tablet look a bit ungainly. That said, looks can be subjective and vary with people. Nonetheless, the thicker bezels also host the physical page-turn buttons.

While this sums up all that we know about the B7 right now, there is no word yet on other details such as what it is going to cost, its availability, whether it is going to be introduced across the world or will remain confined to only within China, and so on. Stay tuned for more on this.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
