Barnes and Noble has just discounted their previous generation Nook Glowlight 3 by 20% and you can purchase it online or in their bookstores for $95. This six inch device is currently sold on a regular basis for $119, so this is a good deal if you are looking for a new device.
There are two e-readers that B&N sells online and in over 600 retail locations. One of them is the Nook Glowlight 3, which came out in 2007. They also are selling the brand new Nook Glowlight Plus 7.8, which has a bigger screen and only came out a few months ago and retails for $199.
The Nook Glowlight 3 features a six touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 X 1080 and 300 PPI..It has a front-lit display and glowlight system. Underneath the hood is a 1 GHZ Freescale processor, an undisclosed amount of RAM. It has 8GB of internal memory, but when you power it on for the first time there is only 6.3GB available. There is no SD card to expand the memory further, but there are options in the library menu to delete content or offload specific books/newspapers/magazines/PDF files to the Cloud.
