Book Expo America and the IDPF are starting early next week and our entire Good e-Reader writing crew will be live on the scene. Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive coverage of the entire 5 day event in the world! We will have two film crews interviewing companies and providing the latest indie start-ups. Many of the companies we have interviewed in the past blew up and we reported on them first, when everyone else just walked by.
Our IDPF coverage starts on Sunday, including interviews with the CEO of Smashwords and other leading digital companies. We will be on the scene at all of the conferences and speakers on Monday. Book Expo America starts on Tuesday and will bring interviews from Kobo, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Google, and many indie digital publishers. On Wednesday we will be talking with Overdrive, Ectacto, Penguin, Harpercollins, S&S, and many of the big six publishers on what they have in store for us this year. The conference will wrap on Thursday and Friday as the emphasis will shift to the best selling authors in attendance.
You can expect close to twenty articles a day with videos, pictures, and live coverage of the event! If you work in the publishing world or just wish you could see everything in New York at all the events, we have your back! Make sure to visit the website many times during the day to get all the breaking news, product announcements, and new initiatives that will be taking place. Word has it, you can expect a TON of BIG news, but we can’t talk about it right now.
