A young women on a classic No. 33 Pashley cargo bicycle in conjunction with a former bookstore owner of Clerkenwell Tales, based in the United Kingdom are the ones behind this great initiative. Anyone can buy a book who encounters the Pedlar and the transaction can be done in cash or via credit card.
