Amazon has a multitude of English language imprints that cover most genres. They have found great success with Amazon Crossing, which is their translation imprint that published 75 new titles in 2015. . The second most prolific publisher, Dalkey Archive, published only 25. In order to take advanage of the lucrative German market, Amazon has just launched a new imprint called Edition M.
Edition M will publish mystery and thriller titles and make them available in print and digital on Amazon.de. The first five original titles will be released in July and August, and will include books by Hendrik Falkenberg, Bernadette Calonego, Ulrike Busch, Jan de Fries, and Leonie Haubrich.
